Our annual Intersquad meet is an important date during our season - giving coaches the first opportunity to collect swimmers' times, give swimmers and volunteers and opportunity to run through an actual meet and preparing us for the fast few weeks ahead. Please make every effort to attend so that your swimmer will have times. PLEASE also only sign-up to volunteer at the practice meet if you are newer to the team. |

This is for new stroke and turn judges to learn about the league rules for technique so that they can call DQ's in a meet. The league requests that judges attend training at least every other year, even as a refresher. If you are signed up as a stroke or turn judge, please plan on attending one of the two dates on the schedule. |
