All 6&U swimmers must demonstrate they are able to swim across the pool safely without assistance prior to registering for the swim season. (Note that the league rules specify a one-minute time trial, but, like other large teams in the league, NFST will require :55. This is due to high registration demand, limited lane space, and coach availability,) |
