Coaches Message:

Great first week of practice, Sharks! We have seen strong effort in the water by all of our swimmers. Our practice groups are big and our practice time is short. Here are a few guidelines to help us make the most of our group workouts:

• Please remind your swimmer(s) to listen to the coaches at all times.
• After 2 behavior warnings, a swimmer may be excused from practice for the day.
• If your swimmer is struggling to keep up during the team workout, needs help with specific stroke technique, or you’d like individualized focus, please schedule a private lesson: Coaches
